Terms of Service
- Bookings are confirmed once payment (or deposit) is received and an automated confirmation with a booking reference is issued.
- Pricing is fixed and all-inclusive of fuel and tolls where applicable. Optional add-ons are charged as listed at booking.
- Airport pickups include real-time flight monitoring and 90 minutes of free waiting after landing. Additional waiting is ฿200 per 30 minutes.
- Changes may be made up to 12 hours before pickup, subject to availability.
- Cancellations: free up to 24 hours before pickup; 50% charge within 24 hours; no-show = full charge.
- Late-night service (00:00–05:00) incurs a ฿200 surcharge.
- Passenger responsibility: provide accurate pickup details, contact number and flight information. TDS Commercial is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information or events beyond our control.
- Conduct & safety: drivers may decline service in unsafe or unlawful situations; seatbelts must be worn.
Privacy Policy
- Data we collect: name, contact details, pickup/drop-off, travel dates and payment confirmation needed to fulfil your booking.
- Payments: processed by PCI-compliant gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Omise, 2C2P). We do not store card details.
- Use of data: to operate your booking, send confirmations/receipts and provide support. We do not sell your data.
- Communication: by booking you consent to transactional contact via email, WhatsApp/LINE, phone or SMS about your trip.
- Cookies / analytics: the site uses cookies and Google Analytics to improve performance.
- Your rights: request access to or deletion of your data via our Contact page.
